By creating an account, accessing, or using GoVegan, you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you (“User”) and Scala.IA Ltda (“GoVegan”, “we”, “us”), CNPJ 64.981.936/0001-23.

GoVegan helps you transform recipes — including making them vegan, vegetarian, or gluten-free — using food science, balanced nutrition guidance, and proven cooking techniques. Features include:

Recipe transformation and reconstruction.

Ingredient substitution suggestions based on your preferences and region.

Nutritional estimates and allergen awareness (not medical certification).

Saving recipes to your personal recipe box.

Personalization based on eating style, dietary needs, and priorities.

During the current launch period, core digital features may be offered at no charge. Paid plans may be introduced later with prior notice.

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information, and keep your account details up to date.

3.2 Account security

You are responsible for your password and all activity on your account. Notify us immediately at support@govegan.app.br if you suspect unauthorized access.

3.3 One account per person

Duplicate accounts may be suspended or terminated.

GoVegan is not a medical, nutritional, or dietary prescription service.

AI-generated recipe transformations, ingredient lists, and nutritional estimates are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not a guarantee that a recipe, product, or kitchen environment is allergen-free.

Always read product labels, consider cross-contact, and consult a qualified professional for medical dietary needs.

You retain ownership of recipes and content you submit. You grant GoVegan a limited license to process that content solely to provide and improve the service, subject to our Privacy Notice.

Do not submit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

You agree not to:

Access other users’ data without authorization.

Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the platform.

Use bots or automation without permission.

Create false accounts or impersonate others.

Violation may result in suspension or termination.

GoVegan uses AI to generate recipe suggestions. Results may vary. We do not guarantee specific culinary outcomes, nutritional results, or ingredient availability in your area.

Our Privacy Notice explains how we collect and use data, including sharing with third-party AI providers. By using GoVegan, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Notice.

We strive for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice when possible.

You may delete your account in Settings or by contacting support@govegan.app.br. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoVegan is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing limits rights guaranteed by Brazilian consumer protection law (CDC).

Material changes will be communicated at least 15 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance unless you delete your account.

We record: Terms version accepted, date and time, account identifier, language displayed, and jurisdiction where applicable.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of São Paulo/SP, except where consumer law provides otherwise.
